Hi there!

I am Lauren Delaparte, a licensed clinical psychologist in Florida (#11506) and Colorado (#5320). I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Stony Brook University in New York. My postdoctoral training was completed in the Family Program at the Denver VA, where I stayed and worked as the Women’s Mental Health staff psychologist. At the VA, I co-founded and co-chaired the Mental Health Service Diversity, Equity and Inclusion workgroup and supervised learners who were completing their postdoctoral and internship training years.

Currently, I provide psychotherapy via telehealth to individuals, couples and families in Colorado and Florida. I specialize in women’s mental health, life transitions, grief, anxiety, relationship problems and improving relationship satisfaction. Using research-based psychotherapy, I can help you improve your well-being and achieve your goals.

My style is warm and accepting; I help you cultivate self-kindness while moving toward your goals by creating a compassionate and safe emotional space.

In my practice, I value diversity and strive to practice cultural humility. I encourage people of all identities to contact me for services.

In my free time, I love climbing, making pizza and spending time with my family, including my dog.
